New Patients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early as insurance cards will be reviewed and verified prior to the appointment.

*If an individual has not been seen by the practice in 3 or more years, the patient is considered a New Patient.*

Please note that if an insurance requires a prior-authorization for the visit, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain the authorization before the appointment. Failure to obtain the prior-authorization may cause a delay in or rescheduling of the appointment.

Any pathology taken during a visit will be processed and billed to your insurance by PML Pathology. Questions regarding pathology bills should be directed to PML’s billing office at 828-366-1150, extension 2.
