POLICIES

Reservations:

Please schedule your appointment in advance either by phone, online or in person.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  Late arrivals will be accommodated as our schedule allows; however, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the appointment you scheduled.

Payments:

Please provide a credit card or gift certificate for payment.  All payments need to be paid in full at the time of service.  A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for some treatments in advance.  There are no payment plans.  No checks are accepted.

Cancellations:

Please provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.  We reserve the right to charge the full price for any services not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are NOT accepted.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available for individual services, products or dollar amounts for the medical aesthetic side of Mountain Laurel Dermatology.  They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  They also are not transferable to the medical dermatologic side of Mountain Laurel Dermatology.  Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your service.  Only original copy accepted, no copies, and no photos.

Under 18 Years of Age:

Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  The parent or legal guardian MUST be present and in the room and have parental consent.

Product Sale Policy:

Returns only accepted after 7 days with proof of purchase.
